·        ADR is faster.  Each case receives individual attention.  Most cases can be scheduled by ADR in a matter of days, and cases are moved at a pace decided by the parties.  Crowded dockets and court delays are avoided.

·        ADR is cost effective.  Our procedures are designed to expedite discovery and quickly resolve issues that often cause delay.  Attorney’s fees and other litigation expenses are minimized.  Cases resolved through ADR are at substantially less expense than traditional litigation.

·       ADR is voluntary.  Both parties are committed to resolving the dispute without engaging in expensive and time consuming processes.  The agreement to use ADR is an important first step towards successfully resolving disputes.
