Richard L. Warrick
Mr. Warrick recently retired as Assistant General Counsel of Cessna Aircraft Company, where he handled all litigation related to products liability, negligence and contracts related to the single-engine aircraft line. He also did extensive litigation in employment law, civil rights, and intellectual property. Prior to this position he served as Vice President and General Counsel of American Eagle Insurance Company, an aviation insurance company located in Dallas, Texas. Before that time, he was in a litigation practice in Oklahoma City specializing in insurance, products liability and tort defense involving aircraft, avionics and engine manufacturers, owners and operators, repair facilities, oilfield equipment and pharmaceutical companies. Prior to that, he was Chief of the Aviation and Admiralty Law Section of Air Force JAG in the Pentagon. He has done numerous mediations and arbitrations in the fields of aviation, employment law, automobile accidents, contract disputes and insurance issues.
