H. Allan Caldwell
Mr. Caldwell has 29 years experience as a practicing attorney including 6 years as General Counsel for the 2nd largest privately owned company in the United States. He directly supervised 22 lawyers and a department of 95 members. He has direct legal experience in numerous major acquisitions and divestitures, direct representation of various businesses and administrative responsibilities for large legal departments. Mr. Caldwell worked for Koch Industries, Inc., from 1979 to 2002 holding various positions as General Counsel & Secretary to the corporation. He was involved with representation of interstate and intrastate liquid pipelines, domestic and international trading, coal mining, maritime operations, litigation management and numerous other business and legal activities. He was the principal attorney and negotiator in numerous multimillion dollar domestic and international acquisitions and business transactions. Mr. Caldwell was in private practice in Wichita from 1975-1979 with the firm of Arn, Mullins, Kuhn & Wilson and he was a Law Clerk for the Kansas Supreme Court from 1973-1975.
