A case manager/conciliator is someone with extensive mediation and family law experience. The case manager/conciliator is designated by the parties or appointed by the court to assist the parties to reach an agreement regarding parenting-plan issues arising during or after divorce or to assist in dividing up debts and personal property. Based upon a Court Order or upon the agreement of the parties, the case manager/conciliator may be given the authority to make binding decisions (subject to court review) concerning parenting issues or division of assets, if the parties cannot reach an agreement. ADR, LLC, attorneys, Larry Rute and Patrick Nichols are trained, experienced case managers/conciliators who have managed the following types of cases:
