Training is a form of adjudication which is generally private and less formal.

ADR, LLC, attorneys Larry Rute and Patrick Nichols teach Alternative Dispute Resolution at Washburn University School of Law on an annual basis. In addition, ADR, LLC associates, Arthur Chaykin, Michelle Minor, and David Newbery, are highly-experienced alternative dispute resolution trainers and training coordinators. We have designed and developed trainings for major corporations, lawyers, law firms, mediators, human resource managers, court personnel, judges, and experienced litigators. We are available to design a training to fit the needs of any corporation or organization. In addition, ADR, LLC, attorneys and associates commonly present accredited CLE and CME training for national, regional and local bar associations. ADR, LLC, attorneys and associates provide an annual day-long training for mediators and experienced litigators.
