You may also simply call, fax or write us with the case caption and the names of counsel and request us to set up the mediation. We can take it from there. Judicial referrals--simply fax, e-mail or mail us the Order for Mediation.  

ADR provides a qualified, experienced mediator, schedules the mediation and provides the venue.  It is not always necessary to have the other party(s) agreement before you refer a case. After receiving a case transmittal, we can solicit an agreement to mediate. You do not have to provide us any pleadings, briefs or position papers until prior to the mediation.   There are no fee charges if it the parties cannot agree to proceed through the mediation process.
