Mediation and Arbitration fees are usually divided equally by the parties unless a different agreement or award provides otherwise.

Please contact us for our current rates.  Hourly rates accrue for all time spent on the case, plus reasonable expenses.  Travel is charged only for cases in excess of 60 miles from the mediator's office, and is charged at half of our hourly rate.
